About Me

Before becoming a hypnotherapist I worked in the education sector for 17 years and during this time I became increasingly frustrated at seeing children and teens struggling to come into school due to anxiety. I felt strongly that I would like to have the tools to enable me to help them and as a result, I was drawn towards studying hypnosis and hypnotherapy.

Qualifications:

I studied with the Kent institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy, (KICH) attending classroom training at Mid-Kent College under the tutorship of esteemed Hypnotherapists Georgina McKinnon and Emma Evans. I gained my Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy with Psychotherapy and my certificate in Hypnoanalysis.
I also gained my certificate as an Advanced EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Practitioner studying with experienced Hypnotherapist and EFT Practitioner Gavin Bowtell – Essex Mind Coach.
I continue to add to my hypnotherapy base since my original training and keep very up to date with the latest techniques.
I have an Enhanced DBS – which I am happy to provide for clients and particularly for parents.
I am fully covered by professional indemnity insurance.
